Who We Are
Who We Are
The Louisiana State Firemen’s Association (LSFA) is a statewide fraternal organization dedicated to fostering fellowship, securing protection, and promoting the best interests of Louisiana’s firemen. Representing more than 350 fire departments and over 12,000 members, LSFA works to unite the fire service through harmony, shared purpose, and collective action.
In support of this mission, LSFA establishes and conducts organized training programs that strengthen professionalism, safety, and readiness for departments across the state - ensuring firefighters, whether rural or metropolitan, are prepared to meet the challenges of service.

3. Membership & Support – Our membership offers access to benefit programs (insurance, legal, etc.), peer networking, statewide connection and a united voice for fire service personnel.
